As our Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful performance of all paid media strategies/accounts under your management including managing our clients' paid media spend across all channels/platforms in line with budgets and keeping 90-day plans/forecasts up to date and delivering against them.

Responsibilities
- Working alongside the Strategy and Performance teams, you will be responsible for researching, planning, and building successful paid media strategies as part of an integrated approach to achieving client objectives.
- Running the day-to-day management across multiple paid media accounts/strategies concurrently
- Actively monitoring account performance data & improve accounts/campaigns on a daily basis to achieve specified key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Working alongside the CRO, UX and Creative teams to devise and implement ongoing tests in order to consistently improve performance (within the paid accounts, the creative and landing pages).

- Efficiently managing clients paid media spend across channels/platforms in line with allocated budgets
- Creating 90-day rolling activity plans highlighting what impact the activity will have on any forecasts and the client's KPIs and objectives.
- Forecasting the impact planned paid media activity will have on results against KPIs/Objectives
- Working with the Project Management team, you will be expected to estimate tasks, plan and schedule your workloads in line with 90-day plans or project deadlines.
- Keeping clients/internal teams updated on activity and performance through regular insightful reports/meetings
- Scoping out the opportunity for potential new clients and contribute to new business pitches
- Working closely with junior members of the paid media team to ensure they are on top of their work, achieving objectives within the time allocated, and meeting deadlines
- Assisting in continuously developing working practices/processes/resources to improve results and improve efficiencies
- Following the latest developments in the paid media industry
- Carrying out in-depth account audits to identify weaknesses and provide recommendations

Skills and Experience:
- 3 years+ experience working within paid media
- Experience in working across multiple accounts concurrently
- A proven track record in pitching, planning and executing paid media strategies preferably across a number of channels/platforms (paid search, paid social , shopping, display/programmatic, affiliate)
- Experience in using Google Ads automation and Google Tag Manager
- Strong analytical mind and able to provide informed forecasting and meaningful insights aligned to client KPIs/objectives
- Detail orientated with Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to demonstrate paid media certifications across each of the platforms
