We're looking for a proactive, organised and highly-enthusiastic Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic delivery team.

As part of our Digital Platform Project Management Team, you'll work with our Strategic, Design, Development, Client Service and Performance teams.

 

Day-to-day, you'll support a wide variety of web-based projects including websites and web applications, online tools, interactive media, and digital marketing campaigns across a number of household brands in the healthcare, retail, finance, and education sectors.

Responsibilities (cont.)

  • Assign tasks and deadlines to project teams and ensure they are delivered on time
  • Lead internal status meetings and contribute to client communications. 
  • Contribute to the planning process for projects, providing detailed and accurate time and cost estimates using our PM software 
  • Support in the risk management process: co-ordinate analysis sessions, impact assessments, and ensure outputs have assigned owners
  • Implement change management controls in accordance with our delivery methodology and ensure it's effectively controlled
  • Undertake weekly internal reporting, providing clear and concise updates on: financials, progress and issues
  • Advocate the delivery methodology and consistently meet PM delivery standards
  • Collaborate across the agency to drive up standards of profitability, efficiency, and quality

Skills & Experience

  • A good multi-tasker and proactive problem solver
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and work effectively with others at all levels across the business
  • Experience of working in a team to deliver objectives and work to a deadline
  • You value self-improvement and look to learn from every experience you gain
  • Ability to plan and manage workloads and work to your own initiative
  • Friendly, enthusiastic and personable, with a positive and constructive attitude to challenges
  • Experience using Project Management platforms preferred (but training will be given)
  • At least 2 years of experience working in an agency or web development environment is preferred though not essential
