We're looking for an experienced and analytical Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager to join our rapidly expanding team.

As a CRO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRO strategies to improve the conversion rates of our clients websites. You will analyse website and user behaviour data to identify opportunities for improving user experience and increasing conversions.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of CRO retainers and projects
  • Develop and implement insight-driven CRO strategies to increase website conversion rates.
  • Use data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Analyse website traffic and user behaviour data to develop insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work with the research team on user research for website performance.
    Plan, execute and report on A/B testing and other optimisation experiments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Creative, Development and Marketing to prioritise and implement experiments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in CRO.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports on website performance, conversion rates, and optimisation initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a CRO role
  • Driven by curiosity, diving into data to find answers
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and web analytics tools
  • Experience of developing test plans, implementing AB/MVT tests and achieving positive results
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects and initiatives
